Legal Notice
All notices from Tactical Realm to the customer may be posted on our Website and will be deemed delivered within ten (10) days after posting. Notices from the customer
to Tactical Realm shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address provided on our Website, or first class mail to our address at: Tactical Realm P.O. Box 1903 Great Falls,
MT 59403.
Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by the customer to Tactical Realm seven (7) days after the date sent.

reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Tactical Realm believes that customer conduct
violates applicable laws or said transaction is harmful to the interests of Tactical Realm and its subsidiaries.
Firearm Sales
For the purpose of this section, a firearm is defined as:
Any firearm, partial or complete, or any item which meets the definition of a firearm by the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, hereby referred to
as "BATFE".
ALL FIREARMS MUST SHIP TO A VALID
FFL "Federal Firearms Licensee", hereby referred to as "FFL". This does not include any items which do not meet the definition of a firearm by the BATFE standard definition.
Firearms purchased for shipment by Non-Local Customers will only be shipped to current valid Federal Firearms
License Holders (FFL), (Firearms Dealers) with no exceptions. Merchandise meeting this requirement will state "Must Ship to FFL" in the product listing.
FFL Requirement for purchases of firearms by Non-Local Customers:
Non-Local Customers purchasing firearms will be required to provide transaction information for their FFL of choice. It will be the responsibility
of said customer to contact an FFL in their area to facilitate the firearms transfer from Tactical Realm to a current valid FFL Holder within three (3) business days of the sale.
It will also be the responsibility of said customer to request their FFL of choice to provide Tactical Realm with a file copy (FFL Transaction Information) of the receiving FFL Holder to complete the transfer
of a firearm. This can be facilitated via email or mail, however email is preferred. Tactical Realm will confirm that the FFL of choice for the customer is in fact a current valid
FFL Holder, and Tactical Realm will provide a FFL file copy to the receiving FFL. Once Tactical Realm receives the FFL file copy and confirmed funds, the firearm will be
shipped to the receiving FFL Holder with insurance and an "Adult Signature Requirement" on all firearm shipments.
Non-Local Customers utilizing an FFL Holder may be subject to a transfer fee from their FFL of choice. Non-Local Customers are responsible for facilitating the firearms sale transfer, and are also responsible for any transfer fees incurred from their FFL of choice.
Cancellation and/or refund of transaction on firearm sales from Non-Local Customers:
Customers who fail to provide a copy of their FFL of choice for shipment within three (3) business days of the sale may be subject to the cancellation of said sale and a refund of
their purchase funds, less credit card fees if incurred. The sale item may be re-listed if applicable. Tactical Realm reserves the right to cancel any transaction based on the
best interests of Tactical Realm or its subsidiaries, violation of Federal, State, or Local Laws, or suspicious activity. Any suspicious activity regarding firearms sales will be reported to BATFE.
FBI NICS Requirement
Firearm(s) purchases by Local Residents from Tactical Realm:
Any firearm purchased from Tactical Realm by a local resident (Montana Residents) will be subject to a background check from the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) NICS
(National Instant Criminal Background Check System) and/or completion and approval of BATFE Form 4473 before receiving said item.
Customers possessing a current valid FFL:
Customers holding a current valid FFL are only required to provide a file copy of their FFL. Firearms item(s) will be shipped when the FFL File Copy is received payment
funds are confirmed and received by Tactical Realm.
Any firearm sale to a resident of another state will require shipment to a valid FFL Holder in said customer's state of
residence.
Privacy Policy
Use of personal information that you may submit to Tactical Realm through this Website is governed by the Tactical Realm Privacy Policy. Tactical Realm will not sell,
trade, barter, or release customer information without the explicit consent of said customer, excluding official Law Enforcement inquiries.
Consumer Agreements
The customer accepts the responsibility of complying with "Terms and Conditions" listed at www.shop.tacticalrealm.com, and is required to accept these terms at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Tactical Realm ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States, including Alaska. Tactical Realm does not ship firearms to
California, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. Tactical Realm ships non-firearm related merchandise to the United States only, and the
receiving customer accepts responsibility to conform with their county, state, or local laws regarding purchase or possession of the sale item or items. The risk of loss and title
for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Tactical Realm will retain record of sale merchandise
delivered to the shipping carrier and items may be insured.
Handguns are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, or by USPS Priority Mail. Long Guns are shipped UPS Ground unless other shipping arrangements have been requested and paid for by the customer. All other merchandise will be shipped by the service requested and paid for by the customer. Tactical Realm reserves the right to ship each item by the best and most cost effective manner.
Tracking numbers for firearm shipments will be provided to customers post shipment.
Customers having warranty inquiries will be advised
to contact the manufacturer of the product in question.
Warranties for products sold at Tactical Realm are borne by the manufacturer of the product.

Return Policy
Tactical Realm will consider return of items purchased by customers who feel that an item(s) does not meet their satisfaction. Customers requesting to return items are required to contact Tactical Realm within (3) three days of receipt of the item and prior to returning the item,
or the return may be refused. Tactical Realm reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned items.
All items must be returned in original packaging, with all original parts and components and in good condition.
Tactical Realm has a strict NO FIRE
/ NO DISASSEMBLY
Policy on factory new firearms*. Regarding
firearms sales, if any
factory new firearm item is to be returned, then the customer is not
permitted to fire or discharge the firearm, nor disassemble it in any
manner prior to return.
*This refers to
firearms manufactured other than by Tactical Realm. Custom Firearm Builds by Tactical Realm consisting of factory new components supplied by a manufacturer have been function
fired prior to listings. If a customer desires to return a Tactical Realm custom build, Tactical Realm requests that the customer contact us within (3) three days of receipt of
said firearm (Refer to the Tactical Realm Return Policy).

Customer service is available as defined on the "Contact Us" page of www.tacticalrealm.com, and local inquiries are by "Appointment Only".
Miscellaneous
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
Although the information on this Website is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed or displayed in this Website are available to all persons or in all geographic
locations or jurisdictions.
Tactical Realm does not take foreign orders and all sales are limited to customers residing
within the United States of America, with the exception of customers residing in California, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
Tactical Realm only completes transactions in selected states (Refer to Shipping and Delivery) of the continental Unites States to include Alaska, and does not sell globally. Tactical
Realm and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provisions of their products or services to any person(s), geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to
